RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 14 days for size exchange or refund.

THE SPECIFICS:

. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in the same condition they went out.

. We advise you to try on your items right away to ensure you return on time.

. Shoes should be tested on carpeting as scuffed and damaged soles will not be eligible for return.

. All return and exchange requests must be emailed to us within 3 DAYS OF THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE.

. Within those 3 days, you are eligible for a refund back to your credit card or PayPal account for the amount you paid minus shipping charges.

. All returned items must be approved before being mailed back. Please email us for the exchange/return.

. All refunds will be credited with the original form of payment.

. QUIMERAspecies reserves the right to reject a return if it does not follow our return policy (worn, damaged, late, etc).

. All items that do not qualify for return will be mailed back to the customer at the customer's expense.

. Returns are usually handled within 3 business days from the time we receive it but we reserve the right to take up to 10 business days to process the return.

. Customers are responsible to pay the return shipping on all returns.

. QUIMERAspecies will cover the shipping back to you if you are doing an exchange.

 Reply to the invoice you received in your email with the reason for the return and how you would like to proceed (refund, exchange, etc.)
